How can I keep a useful record of a support chat?

Keep your own notes clearly separate from the original wording. Update your notes when a later message changes the agreed action.

What should I clarify when I need a purchase by a particular date?

Allow for any stated steps needed after the product is provided. If the intended date changes, contact the seller rather than assuming the original arrangement still works.

What should I check when a price is displayed in an unfamiliar currency?

Check the order summary after changing any regional settings. Keep provider conversion information separate from the seller's listed price.
