What should I record if a purchase-related problem happens only sometimes?
Save relevant messages that document a particular occurrence. Update the existing case when you have meaningful new observations.
How should I interpret words such as up to, from, or optional in an offer?
An up-to statement describes an upper limit rather than the same result for every option. A feature described as optional should not be assumed to be included automatically.
What should I do if my contact details change after ordering?
Keep the original order reference available when contacting support. If the purchase is for someone else, distinguish your contact details from the recipient's.
